Manish currently leads the India International Skill Centres (IISC) program at the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), a unique public-private partnership tasked with funding and enabling the skill ecosystem in India.

Prior to NSDC, Manish served as an Assistant Director at The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship. As a recipient of the German Chancellor Fellowship from Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung, Manish was a guest researcher at the Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) in Bonn and a visiting researcher at the European Training Foundation (ETF) and European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP).

Manish holds a Bachelor in Business Studies from College of Business Studies, Delhi University (2006) and a Master in Public Policy from the Korea Development Institute (KDI) School of Public Policy & Management, South Korea as a Global Ambassador Scholar (2013). He was also awarded scholarships to attend the Norwegian School of Management, Oslo (2008) and the Youth Encounter on Sustainability (YES) course at ETH Zurich, Switzerland (2007).
