Prof. Dr. Boike Rehbein is Professor of Society and Transformation in Asia and Africa at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
Previously, Professor Rehbein was Lecturer in sociology at the universities of Göttingen and Freiburg, Acting Chair of Sociology at the University of Freiburg, Visiting Professor at the Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi, and was associated with the FLACSO Institute in Buenos Aires, the University of Zürich, and the National University of Laos.
