Ruth is a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Berlin. Prior to joining McKinsey she obtained a Master's degree in Managerial and Financial Economics from HEC Paris and a Bachelor in International Business from Maastricht University, including an exchange semester at Universidad de Buenos Aires. Her practical experiences cover a wide set of institutions in the public and private sector, in particular in the areas of renewable energies and development cooperation, ranging from a social start-up in Tanzania to the Indian office of the German development bank KfW in New Delhi.
"My work in India left me convinced that there are ample ways the two countries can and should learn from each other, let it be in education, energy or entrepreneurship. I want to become an ambassador of these Indo-German relations and encourage others to be so too."
